The Challenge

Hajj and Umrah organizers face the complex logistical and emotional task of managing pilgrims' excess baggage, gifts, and personal items. Pilgrims excess baggage is consolidated and shipped in bulk from the Holy Land directly to our PLB in Indonesia. Under the PLBs duty-free scheme, these items are securely stored, carefully sorted, and prepared for final distribution across Indonesia. This centralized process significantly reduces shipping costs for pilgrims while providing organizers with a single, reliable point of service, ensuring that the handling of these personal belongings is seamless and efficient.
